Welcome. My name is Dr. Kelli Pearson, author of Eight Minutes to Ageless . I’m so happy to have you as a visitor to my blog about my new book. This project is very special to me, and I hope to share some of that excitement with you here.
I’ll be using this blog to interact with you about Eight Minutes to Ageless , expanding on some of the topics in it and blogging on some of the ideas related to my book. The day after I received your book in the mail, i fell and damaged my knee for the third time (first time 10 years ago, second time 5 years ago). So i have plenty of time to go through the book. First, I sent my hubby out for some turmeric. Second, i figured out which exercises I can do sitting, which I can do standing, and which I will have to hold off on for awhile. Anything on the floor is out of the question – that pesky getting up and down! The shoulder exercises are a great motivator – I can do them for the most part and was surprised at the limited mobility for lifting my arms. Gives me a physical focus while I take care of my knee. Thanks for this book.
P.S. The nail polish fixing the nylons and sticking to your thighs . . . so done that!
